HMS Associates, LLC is a premier real estate appraisal firm based in New York City. Since 1998, independently-owned and operated HMS Associates has provided residential and commercial appraisals for one to four-family homes, condos, co-ops and mixed use properties throughout our expanding service area that includes: Brooklyn, Queens, New York, Staten Island, the Bronx, Long Island and Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam and Ulster counties. Sam Heskel founded HMS Associates in 1998. Mr. Heskel has extensive experience in appraising one to four family homes, co-ops, condos and mixed use properties. He currently directs the residential real estate appraisal division at HMS. He is a member at the National Board of Realtors an associate member of the Appraisal Institute, and is an affiliate member of the Staten Island Board of Realtors, Greater Hudson Valley Board of Realtors. He is also a member at the following Multiple Listing Services: Brooklyn, Long island and Queens, Staten Island, Putnam, Westchester, and Greater Hudson Valley.
