Sam Heskel founded HMS Associates in 1998. Mr. Heskel has extensive experience in appraising all sorts of real estate properties, from a co-op apartment to a apartment and office buildings. He currently directs the residential real estate appraisal division at HMS. He  Certified by the States of NY, NJ and CT. Mr. Heskel is a member at the National Board of Realtors an associate member of the Appraisal Institute, and is an affiliate member of the Staten Island Board of Realtors, Greater Hudson Valley Board of Realtors. He is also a member at the following Multiple Listing Services: Brooklyn, Long island and Queens, Staten Island, Putnam, Westchester, and Greater Hudson Valley, NJMLS, CTMLS, Middlesex, Monmouth & Ocean Counties and Hudson County MLS.
