Yes. The real estate appraisers within our network have appraisal production software that allows transmission of appraisal data via a secure network to HMS Associates. This data, once received, is then forwarded directly to our customers. This service is available for New York, New Jersey, Brooklyn, Queens and through out the tri-areas.

HMS Associates appraisal services provides valuation services of all types, home value appraisals from one to four-family residential real estate properties, to commercial properties, co-ops and condos, mortgage origination, divorce, trust and estate matters, gift tax, relocation, foreclosure, bankruptcy and asset valuation for sale or purchase.
